You have the job – we have the resources!

Östersunds Auktionsverk does it all, from clearing your house, flat or holiday home when you move to handling estates and bankruptcies. We have several unmarked vehicles at your disposal and carry out most transports ourselves. We can move up to 100 m³ of packed goods. We sell everything from gold and silver (for at least the current market value) to rustic furniture and farm machinery.

We have 25 years of experience in valuations – we can value tractors, machinery, household goods, art, jewellery and more.

We accept household goods from estates and house moves, whole homes as well as single items. We offer packing, sorting, removal and transport of the goods to our auction premises, charged by the hour. And of course we are also here for you if you simply feel you have a few too many things at home.

To start with, please e-mail us information and photos of the items you want to sell, for a first assessment. Include your phone number and we will get back to you as soon as we have looked at them. You can also call Ulf Andersson directly on 070-622 89 22.

Items to be auctioned are catalogued and photographed for publication on our website, where sales and bidding take place online.

Bidding always starts at SEK 100. There is no charge for unsold items, but they must be collected within three (3) working days after the auction unless otherwise agreed. Items that are not collected are donated to charity.

After the auction, a preliminary statement of the sale is sent by e-mail. Payment to your specified bank account is made no later than three weeks after the auction. You will then receive a clear statement itemising the sale, the commission and any costs for additional services.

We sell on commission: 20% plus a lot fee of SEK 40 per lot number.
