Our fees
On a winning bid, a buyer's premium of 15% of the hammer price is added, plus a lot fee of SEK 40 per lot number.
You need a customer number
Whether you want to place advance bids or take part in the live bidding online, you need to register as a customer. Create an account and you will receive an e-mail with your login details. Our e-mails sometimes end up in the junk/spam folder, so please check there too.
It is your responsibility to read our terms before bidding. You will find our terms here >
Advance bids / bidding
You can place advance bids on our auction site until the auction starts at 12:00. Our system then bids automatically on your behalf, following our bid increments, up to the maximum bid you have chosen. When the auction starts at 12:00, bidding continues online. This means you need to take part live to be sure of winning the lot(s) you are interested in.

Winning bid – invoice
When the auction has ended, you will receive an invoice by e-mail. If you have no e-mail address, we send the invoice by post, in which case an invoice fee of SEK 35 is added.
Not receiving e-mails from us? Check your spam folder. Also make sure your current e-mail address is registered under My pages.
You can also log in and go to My pages > Invoices. If you have a winning bid, your invoice is published there shortly after the auction ends.
Payment must reach us within the invoice's payment period (5 days). Items must always be paid for before they are collected or shipped, or paid for here at the auction house when you collect them (cash, Swish or card).
NEW: You can now pay directly via My pages > Invoices. We offer secure payment through Nets. Go to Unpaid invoices and click Pay.
If you pay the invoice by bank giro, it must be paid before you collect your items. If you pay by bank on the same day, please show us a receipt for the payment.
Items you have won must be collected in the week after the auction, or within 10 calendar days of the auction. After these 10 days, a storage fee of SEK 40 per day is charged.
You will find our opening hours for collection here >
You need to give your customer number when collecting. Have your customer number ready!
Shipping
If you would like your items shipped, let us know as soon as possible after the auction ends, preferably by e-mail. The shipping cost is charged on a separate shipping invoice, plus a packing fee of SEK 85. Payment for won lots and the shipping cost must reach us no later than Thursday at 10:00 after the auction. If payment has not arrived by then, the shipment will go out the following Thursday, with the next DHL collection. All shipments are sent by DHL only, on our fixed collection day: Thursdays. Parcels that are not collected and are returned to us can be picked up here or re-sent at a new shipping cost.
